The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

This comfortable studio is located in the historic center of the old town of Sion, in a charming neighborhood with small pedestrian streets dating from the Middle Ages. Central but very quiet location, only accessible on foot or by bike. However, the parking « Scex », shops, restaurants, bars, museums, art galleries, the Valère theater, the traditional Friday market in the old town, the castles of Valère and Tourbillon are just a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is located 5 km from Anzère (Ski resort) with free bus (17 min) in winter. The grocery store is a 2-minute walk. Facing south, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for a total area of 120 m2, plus 50 m2 of terrace with garden furniture and views of the Alps.
