We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.

Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle.
