60 m² accommodation on the first floor of a century-old family home with a superb 3,000 m² garden with trees Very easy to access via the ring road, it is located at: - 5 minutes by car (30 minutes on foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes from the A71, - 3 minutes from the Bourges Military School, - 15 minutes from the Avord base, - Close to all amenities: supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery. 18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

A pleasant house in an outbuilding of our main residence. Less than 10 minutes from Bourges, the accommodation consists of a large living room (with a wood-burning stove) and 2 bedrooms with a shower room, recently renovated. Sheets and towels are provided. The cottage des Alouettes is located in the district of Les Vignes 4 km from the village of Farges in Septaine and less than 2 km from Avord, between Bourges and Nevers. It is very close to the military base (10/15 minute walk). The cottage is independent in a common area with us. It is a few miles from the most beautiful buildings in the area.
