Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

The house is 2 km from the village of Chissey-en-Morvan. As the last house on the road, there is very little traffic. You will mainly hear natural sounds and in spring and autumn the soft murmur of a stream 30 meters away. A small road runs between the house and the terrace, but soon becomes unpaved, so there is little traffic. The three-star gîte is located in an old farmhouse. In addition to the gîte, a second, quiet vacation home is available through Airbnb.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
