The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Fuori dal cancello si trova la fermata del bus che vi porterà nella centralissima Piazza Vittorio. Posizione ideale per gite nelle Langhe o Monferrato. Casa perfetta anche per famiglie che potranno godere del giardino pensile panoramico con solarium e porticato attrezzato di tavolo e barbecue oltre che giochi come il calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong e freccette.

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Bilocale Ristrutturato, comodo a tutti i servizi, pratico per la bellissima Reggia di Venaria, i Giardini Reali, il Parco La Mandria ed a circa 6 minuti dall'Allianz Stadium. Ideale se si vuole visitare Torino compreso il Centro storico. L'appartamento (2°piano senza ascensore) è composto da ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto (dotato di un materasso di 10 cm) angolo cottura con piano ad induzione, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Sogni un risveglio nel silenzio, con il caffè in mano nel tuo patio privato, pur essendo a pochi minuti da Torino? In nostro Loft è accogliente e moderno, caratterizzato da ampi spazi, ideale per 4 persone (due camere da letto e due bagni garantiscono privacy e relax). In zona tranquilla, ma non isolata; panetteria, due supermercati e due ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi; fermata dell'autobus a 350 metri. Accettiamo gli animali purché non siano mai lasciati soli nel loft o nel giardino.
