Villa Taipaleranta - a new beach house

Welcome to our lakeside sauna house for your stay!  We are renting out our 36 m² beach house, which we built on the beach. This lakeside house is located in Juva, in a beautiful setting on the shore of a lake. 7 km to Juva ABC station & 3 km to Juva town centre. In the beach house, you can enjoy the soothing steam of the sauna while admiring the view of the lake. The beach is shallow, partly sandy and in its natural state, but you can still go for a swim straight from the sauna! Cook in a modern kitchen & enjoy the Finnish summer on the terrace of the beach house 💚

Idyllic cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa

Welcome to Nesula on the shores of Lake Saimaa! Our cozy and comfortable cottage provides a wonderful setting for your stay. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace in a beautiful lake landscape. The nearby forests offer a good setting for berry picking, mushroom picking and hiking. You can take a dip in the summer as well as in the winter from the cottage's own beach. In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing on the lake ice. We also offer a rowing boat, life jackets and a SUP board, please ask separately. The price does not include linen.

A private paw slide by the clean water

An atmospheric cottage right by clean and fishy waters, a suitable distance from services. Private peace and beach, as well as nearby winter ski trails. In a fully equipped cottage, there is a wood-fired beach sauna with water that must be carried in winter. The sauna chamber is not in use in winter. Sauna in use all year round. The cottage was renovated in 2012. In the main building, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a loft with a sofa bed and two single beds. Large covered terrace. No heated space.

Art toilet

Artistic, suitably ascetic, little cabin on wheels. The mini-house is decorated with nature-themed art and the works change from time to time. The building materials of the cabin are genuine and eco-friendly, such as the plank floor, solid wood panel roof, rag paper wall and a wall decorated with old book covers. The surrounding area is formed by the courtyard of an old log cabin. Although the road is close, the romantic birch fence serves as a visual barrier. The accommodation includes a hot barrel sauna!

Studio apartment in a peaceful area in Niinivaara

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Parkkipaikka lämmitystolpalla(pistoke) oven edessä. Jos sinulla on kysyttävää niin autan mielelläni.

Cozy and carefully furnished accommodation in a quiet location. Next to the apartment, behind the forest strip, there is a river bank where the housing association has its own jetty and a short distance away is Hanhenkaula beach. A pleasant walking path right next to the house and in winter a ski trail with direct access to the well-maintained trail network in the area. The apartment is ideal for both short and long stays – for a business trip, holiday or temporary accommodation.

Modern sauna cabin by the lake

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Even though a small, stylish sauna room is part of our inhabited yard, you'll find peace, nature, privacy, and lovely scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, linen can be arranged by the accommodation.

A studio apartment in an apartment building completed in 2022 right next to the university. Mehtimäki Sports Park is next door. The apartment is 1 km from Joensuu market square and 2 km from the train station. The apartment has all the amenities for a short and slightly longer stay. The apartment has a bed and a sofa bed. Large covered balcony. The apartment building has an elevator so it's easy to get around the apartment. The apartment includes a parking space.

Peaceful semi-detached house, sauna, air condition

Relax in this charming semi-detached house, just a 10-minute drive from the lively center of Joensuu. Built in 2008, in a quiet location close to services and wonderful outdoor areas, it offers a perfect balance between the pulse of the city and the peace of nature. On the furnished terrace you can relax after the sauna and enjoy the sunset. Air conditioning brings comfort in the summer heat. The carport and spacious yard offer comfort and convenient parking.

Spacious log cottage on the 115m high cliff with splendid views over Saimaa lake. Landscape designed grassy yard, garden swing. 40 sq.m patio with BBQ and garden furniture and original LED lighting. Cottage accommodates 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and satellite channels TV, sauna, shower, WC. Grill place behind the cottage. Downhill ski center 200 m. Lappeenranta Airport 45 min car drive.

Enjoy the steam of a beach sauna in this modernly equipped cottage with the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is just a few steps from the shore of a clear-water pond. From the dock you can swim after the sauna or try your luck at fishing. About 200 meters away, there are hiking trails and ski trails in winter. Lykynlammi's outdoor area with a frisbee golf course is about three kilometers away.
