Monthly Rentals in Sawtell

Everything about our stay was perfect. The property was stylish, clean and located in a wonderful location, a few minutes from both the beach and the main street of town. Fiona was a great host, and we felt right at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sawtell!

Leonie’s place was exactly what we needed. Immaculately clean, close to amenities, and a peaceful outlook. Perfect for some down time. We shared breakfast with the local kookaburras on the balcony, could see the surf break from our bedroom, and watched a family of ducks float by us in the river. Leonie is such a generous and thoughtful host. Cute flowers on arrival, delicious fresh fruit and other treats, and beautiful bathroom products. The little things that make a difference when on holidays. We’ll be back, and in the meantime, highly recommend this gem to others.

Great location close to the cafe strip and beach. Still quiet despite being so close. Very helpful and clear instructions to settle into the accomodation. Accomodation was very well decorated and set out. A lot of care was obviously put into it.

Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!
