We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

I can’t recommend this idyllic retreat highly enough! From the warm welcome upon our arrival when we were met by the drive and then the walk through the beautiful garden to the accommodation. The studio was perfect, the seating area ideal for cosy evenings in and breakfast. The bed was very comfy, the little kitchen cleverly laid out and with everything we needed. Alison and Sandy showed us round the studio, showing us what we needed to know regarding heating controls, tv remotes etc. As for the breakfast provisions, what a delicious array of choices for us to put together for morning repast and not forgetting the tasty croissants! After a hectic few months our stay here was just the peaceful and quiet tonic our spirits longed for. The location is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast and as we have fallen for the area we will be back at Chapel Piece soon again! Many thanks and lovely to meet you both!

The last few days spent in Flint cottage have been truly lovely. Everything was just as described and the cottage was perfect from the wonderful comfortable bed to the delightful courtyard garden. We were blessed with wonderful weather which was the icing on the cake. Joanna was so helpful and friendly and our stay was such a welcome break for us. We love Norfolk and would certainly recommend Flint cottage and we will certainly visit this little gem again. Thank you

Perfect place to stay with our dog Hettie, beautiful cottage with everything we needed and more! Even lovelier than expected from the photos. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. Great location for getting to the coast, too - very peaceful spot. Thanks so much!
