Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

With kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bright bathtub (with extra shower) you can enjoy a comfortable stay as at home. In the immediate vicinity are the tram stop of line 3 and S-Bahn station Taucha, from where you are in less than 20 minutes at all sights in the center of Leipzig.

Relax between Monstera plants and take in the views to the east and west from the cozy sofa. For night owls, the nearby railway road offers an abundance of gastronomic experiences, trendy bars, and music offers. And the city center is a short train ride away – in just 12 minutes to be exact.

Relax after a bike ride, hike through the wildly romantic Bodetal, or other activities at this quiet home in our colorful garden. On request, we prepare a delicious breakfast and you start the day. Guest contributions from the city and breakfast must be paid locally. In 100m away there are various restaurants The train station is 350m, the supermarket 450m and a cinema 1000m away. You are more than happy to host you.

The apartment is super centrally located, very bright and yet quiet, as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony go out to the back of the yard. There is a bedroom, a sleeping coach in the study and a guest mattress. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, unfortunately animals are not accepted. Towels and bedding are on site, basic foods can be found in the pantry. I look forward to every guest.

We have a lot of space in our house. On the first floor are 2 large guest rooms with cozy double beds and a small single room overlooking the garden and the yard, a large living room and a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Our house is directly on the Elbe-Rad-Weg on the outskirts of Magdeburg in the district Westerhüsen. Wi-Fi is of course also available.
