My place is close to a park and has good public transport links to the city center and the Leipzig lake district. You'll love my place because of the quiet location, coziness and furnishings. The apartment was completed in May 2016. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Take the whole family to this great accommodation not far from Karl's adventure village, Leipzig, Dreden and Chemnitz with many beautiful corners to explore. However, it is also suitable for mechanics, as the motorway slip road towards Dresden and Leipzig is about 10 minutes from us, and it takes about 25 minutes to get to the motorway via Chemnitz.

You live on 2.5 floors in a terraced house. With great attention to detail, my partner Elisabeth and I have furnished your area just as we would like it to be somewhere else... homely and clean. A little inconspicuous on the outside, the old house is a real eye-catcher on the inside. As a host, we are happy to give tips.
