My place is close to a park and has good public transport links to the city center and the Leipzig lake district. You'll love my place because of the quiet location, coziness and furnishings. The apartment was completed in May 2016. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Living space approx. 90 m² for up to 5 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, Living room 1 additional sleeping place.

The balcony offers a view of the river, framed by lush greenery. A comfortable seating area is positioned on the wooden deck, allowing for relaxation while enjoying sunlight and reflections on the water. Historic buildings and church spires can be seen in the distance.

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. Andrea Vacation Home

Take the whole family to this great accommodation not far from Karl's adventure village, Leipzig, Dreden and Chemnitz with many beautiful corners to explore. However, it is also suitable for mechanics, as the motorway slip road towards Dresden and Leipzig is about 10 minutes from us, and it takes about 25 minutes to get to the motorway via Chemnitz.

Quiet and cosy apartment under the roof, with private bathroom and your own kitchen. Most of all, the view is great and the atmosphere is serene. 15 minutes on foot to the city center, 5 minutes and you are in the nature. We especially welcome post-graduate students looking for a place to stay for one or two months - talk to us!

You live on 2.5 floors in a terraced house. With great attention to detail, my partner Elisabeth and I have furnished your area just as we would like it to be somewhere else... homely and clean. A little inconspicuous on the outside, the old house is a real eye-catcher on the inside. As a host, we are happy to give tips.
