The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

HDMI cable is available. Separate sleeping loft (steep staircase) with 2 separate beds that can be put together to a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. In the middle of nature with proximity to the sea, nature reserve and Sweden's most beautiful golf course, you will find this gem! Here you are offered access to your own car parking space, kitchen, spacious bathroom and a modern and pleasantly decorated guest house in top class! The accommodation is easiest to reach by car. There are bus connections but to a limited extent. In the evening, the accommodation is difficult to reach without a car. Car is recommended!

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
