Best apartment in Shymkent

I definitely recommend their place to anyone. Everything was great, from Madina’s politeness to their great apartment. Place is new, has all the needed amenities and hygiene stuff like shampoo, tooth paste and towels. They also have all the essential dish-ware, hair dryer and sheets were clean. Place is hot, in freezing winter, I even had to leave one of the windows open. I would say it’s a great place for 1-3 people. Location is ok, you probably have to use taxi or rental car, it’s not that far from “downtown”. I did not get a chance to check if they have coffee shops downstairs at the complex, they might. There’s only one feedback, it would be better if she sent me all the instructions and apartment info (address, block number, floor and flat number) right away after you reserve, cause I had to bug her a lot for each piece of information. It seems like it’s their first time being on AirBnb, so it’s understandable. They need a bit more hospitality experience. But it’s great overall!

We had a great stay and our room was also upgraded to a better room which made it all the better. The apartment was nice and in a nice neighborhood.

Very nice one B&B, the host gave me so much help and was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived early she allowed me to check in early.Gave me enough time off and there are many convenience stores downstairs, it's very convenient to buy goods.The room is decorated very luxuriously.It was clean and had a bathtub, everything was very well set up.I had a great experience for two days in Shimkent.I would still choose to stay here if I get here again
