Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Scaglieri

The apartment is well located, bright, tasteful and practical. We had a very good time and would come back at any time! very good value for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

A great cosy place right at the sea!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Great host! answered almost immediately, had lots of recommendations, very helpful (we needed something for the kitchen and he brought it the same day), he even carried my friends heavy suitcase upstairs 🙂, thanks for making our stay in piombino so lovely!!!

The apartment, located in the i Boboli residence, is very well kept. Suitable for families up to 6 people. Extremely quiet and cool, with a terrace overlooking the staircase to the marina. Mrs. Antonia is an attentive Host who also takes care of the details of the stay (e.g. custom maps for hiking and biking trails around Punta Ala).

Beautiful location above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area with access via a paved road directly to Padulella. Wide indoor and outdoor spaces! Absolutely perfect .

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

The Villa was perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved listening to the ocean every night. If we ever go back to San Vincenzo we will definitely stay there again.

The house is perfect if you want to get away, disconnect, enjoy the countryside and recharge your batteries. You immediately feel at home. If it's hot then the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet - and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace is so relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the little town of San Vincenzo has great restaurants, local food shops and some lovely boutiques . If you want to explore further then there are beautiful medieval Tuscan villages in the hills. The weather during our stay was not hot most of the time - but it's still warm enough even at the end of September to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside. The house has everything you need - and the wifi ( should you have to connect!) is excellent. All in all a beautiful home from home in a wonderful setting - and Luisa has thought of everything you need in regard to instructions and furninshings/equipment. We will be back!

The location is excellent! Right across the street from train station. All restaurants, shopping and local attractions are literally just steps from the apartment. And, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Super safe!!

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The apartment is delicious and equipped with everything. Manuele took care of us and it was always easy to communicate with him. Very nice area but,only mole,literally infested by very noisy seagulls that did not give us peace on the first night.

Everything was perfect and functional, we felt like at home! We'll be back and...great location!

Perfect location, clean and well-maintained house and Davide is always available to give advice on the spot! For those going to the area, I highly recommend it
