Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

In the beautiful village of Cavo (Elba), we rent our romantic independent villa "Casina" , 300 m. from the sea. The "Casina" (three-room apartment, 40m2 + large shaded veranda, 16m2) consists of a living room, a bright kitchen and equipped with a small glass ceramic stove, a large bathroom with shower and 2 windows and a beautiful well ventilated room with 3 windows, from one of which you can see spectacular sunrises. The room is accessed via a wooden ladder (see photo).
