Holiday rentals with beach access in Scalea

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Stunning apartment on the seafront with sunrise to sunset spectacular views. The property is bang in the middle of the front, amenities, bars and restaurants. We can walk everywhere in this heavenly place that is Villammari and this architect designed apartment is very much in keeping with that beauty. The host is extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. It is also helpful that he speaks several languages because we are only beginners in Italian language. We cannot recmmend this prorty highly enough. OTIMO!

We stayed in this little apartment a week in August. It was me, my Mart, and the 10-year-old. The apartment is very nice, well-kept and new. It has a comfortable sofa bed, beyond the bedroom. It is located in a park almost in front of the main avenue. The proximity to the railway is absolutely tolerable. Trains run mostly during the day but with low frequency. The plexus has an elevator, so it is recommended for those who need to get around with strollers. It has a parking space. The owner is extremely attentive. At check-in, we were given an oregano bundle and two mini jars of jam. The owner responded immediately to each request. Basically, we had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Very comfortable apartment, spacious, well-kept, with everything you need and more. There are many comforts and the possibility of being on the terrace enjoying a fairytale view. Very welcome some basic products to be found upon arrival. Lovely view, and wonderful terrace. Easy and convenient parking lot. It feels peaceful. Todd is very accurate and correct. We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

I couldn't find better... impeccable apartment... 1000% satisfied... 2 steps and I was on the beach and surrounded by all the services that a family needs on vacation... from supermarkets etc... I hope to return next year. Above standard structure

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

What a great place to stay. What made it even better was the hosts. Veronica and Luigi are amazing. They were so helpful and just such beautiful people. I would definitely recommend this B&B for a great stay in Scalea

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

A small gem located in a really convenient location. The distance from the sea ( and what sea!) and essential amenities is really small. The structure excels in the cleanliness of the rooms (very attentive to the choice of materials) and in the amenities it offers to guests, especially the little ones (the playground in the garden was a treat from the sky). Very helpful and kind owners. Highly recommended property, especially given the great quality/price! Congratulations again.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

Mrs. Maria has been available since the beginning of the reservation. A very kind person and always available. The house is perfect for both cleanliness and location. Perfect for families and groups of friends. The only flaw is that you could not leave food open due to ants , you could easily fix it with a special product. A weekend for perfect, in the middle of comfort

We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.

This apartment was clean, spacious, and excellently located. It was an easy walk to the center of town town, but on a quiet side street. Maratea is charming and I highly recommend this apartment. Biagio was available when we needed him, and was very helpful. I appreciated that he arranged a taxi for us a couple of times.
