Fantastico appartamento a 50 metri dal mare, in zona centrale. Elegante, moderno, confortevole, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per ogni viaggiatore, (single, coppie e famiglie che viaggiano per vacanza o lavoro). Ideale anche per una “fuga romantica.” Posizione strategica, a pochi metri dal lungomare cittadino e pochi minuti a piedi dalla centralissima Piazza Pitagora. Qualsiasi luogo di interesse della città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Area totalmente free-parking.

The Blue Terrace House is simple and equipped with everything. It consists of: three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, Kitchen, Bathroom and Terrace. Located on the headland in the protected marine air; a few meters away is a staircase that leads to the sea. Rich in backdrops for snorkelers. A quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of travel. A place to relax forgetting everyday stress. The house is open to the sun, wind, and voice of the sea.

Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.
