Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors, has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
