Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Studio on a farm overlooking Mont Blanc

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Nigu (Garden view Gran Paradiso - St Ursus meadow)

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!

The house where I was born

Great independent apartment, on the second floor with independent entrance, in the heart of Gran Paradise National Park. Composed of kitchen, large bedroom with balcony overlooking the village and mountains, bathroom with shower and TV. It is located in a small town of the Municipality of Ronco Canavese, surrounded by greenery, with roe deer, deer and chamois that graze freely in the surrounding meadows

"Il Ciliegio" holiday home

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
