It consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 50 meters from the grocery store for first necessities, tobaccos, a bar-room for breakfasts and quick lunches, a great restaurant a short walk from the house. The large equipped terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.
