The Casetta in the Park

In the heart of the historic center of Savigliano. Exclusive and independent house on two levels, furnished with elegance and attention to detail, surrounded by a private park. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor space overlooking the park. On the first floor, large double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The floors are connected by an internal spiral staircase and an external staircase. The house includes a cellar and garage with parking space.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Historic 19th-century building, a stone's throw from the Porta Nuova station (9-minute walk or 2 bus stops) A stone's throw from the house, you will find all the museums and the best shopping streets. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a regenerating break in an oasis of greenery and tranquility: the Valentino Park, right in the city center. Possibility of parking on public roads or covered public parking at 14 euros per day (200 meters from the house)

CASA VITTORIA - IN THE HEART OF THE ALTA LANGA

In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory.
