Very quiet and comfortable house. Plenty of room and everything we needed. It suits us to be away from shops and busy roads but everything was still only a short drive away. If you like tramping across fields and visiting Sussex pubs, this is the spot. Thank you Pam for your homemade jam and the Christmas tree was much appreciated.

From the moment I arrived both Mark and Anna made me feel welcome. A very friendly couple who could not do enough for me. Fantastic place to chill after a busy week. Especially in the lovely garden. A Really cozy and comfortable place to stay and only a five minute walk to the local pub for food and drinks

New and pristine-clean property, nicely decorated and with a lovely garden. The host Mark was super reactive when we flagged an issue with cutlery and resolved it in a very timely manner. For those with light sleep, it’s worth mentioning the house is open plan, so when someone gets up first for breakfast in the morning, it can wake up those who are more sensitive to noise. We loved our time in this lovely house and area and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The bed was just so comfortable and big! Everything was as described. I slept well which is unusual for me. The weather was terrible but that’s not her fault😀. I’d saw it must be beautiful in the summer with the sun shining. Thank you.
