Outside is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, the house is child-friendly. The house is within walking distance of the city center with shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can cycle to the beach. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

Met voldoende speelgelegenheid op het erf voor de kinderen en ontzettend veel activiteiten in de regio voor jong en oud hoef je je eenmaal uitgerust absoluut niet te vervelen. Zeezand ligt op een echte fietslocatie.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.

Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

Come completely relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and of course the sea and the beach. Holiday home Froietoid is very fully equipped and has perfect beds with free bedding (also made up for free). We make the beds for you free of charge. We do not rent to groups of young people. Swimming pool is open from May to mid-September.

The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
