Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, underfloor heating, a garden with terrace, balcony and good sea views. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi and a garden house are provided.

The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters. So you are right in the middle of the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in the Jungfernstieg 108 parking garage.
