Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our small apartment of 30 square meters has everything you need. Well connected and close to the city center. Newly renovated and modernly furnished. In the middle of the traditional district of Wenigenjena. A crib and parking are available on request. Close to local transport and shopping. Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the hall beach and in Paradise Park, which are easy to reach by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there is considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

You can expect Wi-Fi, large TV with Netflix, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Only 100 m to the tram to the center! Local and long-distance transport as well as FH and industry are in walking distance. I'm excited to give you a relaxing stay!

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side alley below the market. Pubs , cafes , shops and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m) , "island parking lot" (100m) or the "Seidel parking lot" (on foot 10 min) and in the parking garages (every 50 m away). Train stations or bus station within walking distance.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
