You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult with 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.

Nevertheless, the city center, shopping, the harbor, the youth hostel and the theater of Barth can be reached in just 10 to 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches of Fischland-Darss-Zingst are also only 12 km away.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
