The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. A lovely holiday flat with a view directly in the yacht harbour of Kiel for up to 4 persons. Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. The apartment is located directly on the Wadden Sea. From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

The Barn is surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace to the garden and to the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including a shower room and toilet opens. A window door from there allows the direct exit into the outdoor area.
