This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!
