Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Good and convenient location for all attractions. My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know and agree it in advance.
