Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Our stylishly furnished loft apartment on Bahnhofstraße combines a central location with a cozy feel-good ambience. Small but lovingly designed in an industrial style, it accommodates two people. From here you can explore the beautiful old town of Bad Langensalza with its alleys and gardens. Shopping, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The nearby Hainich National Park with its treetop path also invites you to go on excursions into nature.

Enjoy unforgettable moments in this centrally located accommodation in the middle of the old town and in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of Bad Langensalza. The loving furnishings of our apartment offer a feel-good atmosphere for your vacation. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily and quickly prepare your favorite food. Fast Wi-Fi, towels and linens are included. In addition, the apartment has a free and protected parking space in the courtyard.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the living and sleeping area you can see the Wartburg, the historic Nikolaitor and the Kaiserhof.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Enjoy the quiet and rural location. Old timber framing meets modern style with a cozy fireplace. The central location between the cultural highlights in Eisenach, Gotha and Erfurt distinguishes our village. You can leave the car behind and use the train from Eisenach to Weimar to experience Thuringian culture! Furthermore, shopping and gastronomy are available in the village, so your stay will be absolutely relaxed!

The accommodation is a separately closed holiday apartment on the ground floor of our house, which was originally used for farming and gastronomy. The apartment is newly renovated and technically modern furnished. In addition to a small cooking kitchen, you will find a cozy atmosphere to feel good and relax. It is just a stone's throw away from our beautiful and interesting medieval old town with many attractions.

You will stay with us in a quaint cozy rear courtyard. The 35 m² apartment is accessible via a pergola and consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the living/kitchen area with a small bathroom and under the roof is where you sleep. Various outdoor seating options are available. Everything you need, such as a restaurant and supermarket, is a few minutes' walk away.

This special loft impresses with its modern style that matches the building from the 1920s. From this quietly located accommodation, you can take beautiful hikes to the nearby Wartburg or through the Thuringian Forest or explore the city. However, it is also suitable as a comfortable workplace.
