Simple but nice space in a quiet area. Equipped with air conditioning. Respect for privacy. Small beach within cycling distance. Supermarket, good bakery and drugstore within walking distance. Located between the polders. Close to Zierikzee and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede.

Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Our house is on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the capital Zierikzee. The island is connected to the mainland by dams and bridges. You can arrive by car at any time of the day or night. No ferry is required. In the immediate vicinity there are good shopping facilities for everyday needs. Bike rental is available in the neighboring village 1.5 km away. Several restaurants are within walking distance. There is no tourist tax. (El-charging station for cars within walking distance 2 min.)

Our vacation home is on the outskirts of a meadow, within walking distance of the historic center. You park on the private driveway right in front of the house. The living room is attractively decorated and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven and dishwasher. The house features infrared sauna and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This makes it the perfect place to stay together with friends or family, while everyone can enjoy their own privacy.

A green-finished two-story building is presented, featuring large glass windows on the upper level. The structure is supported by sturdy pillars, with outdoor seating visible beneath. Surrounding greenery and a clear blue sky enhance the inviting exterior of the property.

This stylish property is perfect for an extended family or group trips. Our 130 m² Zeeland crab was lovingly renovated in 2023/24 and impresses with a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen with gas fireplace, a separate bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom and a sauna. Large families can have a wonderful vacation here. In the large garden, children can let off steam on a ground-level trampoline. All beds are made upon arrival and the towel sets are ready for you!

Peace, space and lots of greenery! A unique combination to relax and enjoy together! Only 200 meters from the beautiful Grevelingenmeer and beach. Vakantiehuis Zonneschijn is located in a quiet park in Herkingen, above Zeeland. Close to Ouddorp aan Zee, Rotterdam and Renesse. The spacious garden has a lot of privacy, and the vacation home has all the comforts. There is even a 3-person infrared sauna! There is a lot to do in the area for both adults and children. Welcome!
