Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Living in the Old Village School opposite the Feldsteinkirche. In the last few years, we have prepared a holiday apartment (60 m2) from the former class wing of the "Grot School", in which the large (large) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large kitchen-living room forms the focal point of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rural location, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach.
