Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

You have a great connection to public transport, the nearest subway station to the center is only 7 minutes by foot, you can reach the center in 10 minutes by subway, only one subway station to the airport. You live in a traffic-calmed zone and look into the green from your bathroom and kitchen. Free parking available in the street.

Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC .
