Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a lovely outdoor area for relaxing and eating with a view of the rocks. Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the Naab. From here, you can go on lovely hikes, cycle or boat tours, and excursions in the surrounding area. The centre of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on cycle paths (6 km) or by car in 15 minutes.

The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.
