Beachfront holiday rentals in Sciacca

Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und halt alles was man braucht als Familie. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto von der Wohnung aus. Walter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

It was a perfect stay, the apartment is huge, especially for two persons...it was fully equipped, every room is air-conditioned, and parking is easy and comfortable in the private car-park. Beach is really close, few minutes walk. Communication with host was good, but check-in and greeting are managed by Antonietta, the neighbour, who is the kindest person in the world...We would return for sure, definitely deserves the five stars!!

Wir (2P.) erlebten Mitte September sehr gute Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Der Garten mit seinen vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen ist paradiesisch; wir hatten Trauben, Orangen, Kaktusfeigen, Zitronen, Rosmarin, Basilikum, Oregano …. In der Küche ist alles was es braucht vorhanden. Der nahe Strand (2min.) ist toll und wir unternahmen täglich ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand. Es gab wenig andere Leute. Das Wasser ist erfrischend und sauber. Wir haben uns in dieser Ruhe gut erholt und das Rauschen des Meeres ist nachts noch wunderbar zu hören ..... Wir genossen die Abende unter der gedeckten Veranda. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine kurze kleine Düne und danach - 50m in Richtung Norden - gibt es ein Restaurant mit feinem Essen.

Appartement magnifique avec une superbe vue sur les vignes et la mer, visibles du salon, d’une des chambres et des terrasses. Tout a été pensé pour que nous soyons bien, dans les moindres détails : des petites choses pour cuisiner ( sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, etc ), plein de produits dans la salle de bain, de quoi se détendre sur la terrasse, etc. L’endroit est super calme et très près de certaines écoles de kitesurf. Un petit supermarché et quelques restaurants sont également à proximité. La maison n’est pas super facile à trouver mais Silvio nous a aidés car il répond très vite aux messages. Bref, un très bon séjour de 4 jours 🤩

We spent 2 weeks at Chiara's house in late winter (couple with dogs). Chiara was always very responsive, and we were met by a guide to help us find the house at 9:30pm which we much appreciated. The house was very comfortable, generous and cosy and perfect to rest. Smartly designed place. We loved the view, the quiet of the surroundings, to be able to walk to the most stunning beaches, and the gorgeous hinterland including the Torre Salsa reserve. Montallegro has its own charme, there is much to see in the vicinity, but really there was no need for us to go anywhere as the house, view and ocean was so wonderful. We hope to be back!

The house and gardens were exceptional, large outdoor space which is very stylish with plenty of seating. The beach is at the end of the private lane shared with a few other properties. The house has a cool comfortable temperature, great for hot weather. Our host is quick to respond to communications. He is helpful, interested and gracious. He helpfully explained the workings of the house and places to visit including eating shopping and sightseeing. I would visit again.

Wonderful peaceful place. It is a simple and a bit rustic space but the location, the silence, the ocean waves, the nature around it are just beautiful. Exactly what you need to disconnect. You need a car to get there and away but if you have it its also well located to visit sights around and you have wonderful beaches close by. Girolamo and his son Alonso made everything very easy and were quick to respond any question. We would definitely like to come again.

Villetta piccola ma accogliente, dotata dell’essenziale. Cortile interno con posto auto, ampia veranda con tavolo, sedie e lettini persino una doccia esterna. Posizione comoda,meno di 100 m dal mare, spiaggia incantevole, posto residenziale molto tranquillo. Posizione ottima per spostarsi nelle varie attrazioni della prov di Trapani. Aldo, una persona squisita, molto reattivo alla comunicazione e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. Consigliatissimo!

We spent here a lovely month. Everything was perfect, Andrea was very helpful, the apartment is just less than minute walk to the beach, awesome wiev with the sea and palm trees 😍😍 nice balcony where the sun is shining almost the whole day. At the place, you can use wash machine ( with an additional fee) which was great as we didn’t know about it before coming. We stayed there in December so it was very calm. Really recommend this place! I wish we could come back here next year.

Very comfortable house with a unbelievable view. The temples can be seen 24/7 and the pool is great and clean. Agrigento with a beautiful historical center, some shops, nice restaurants and bars is only ten minutes away. FARM in Favara as well as supermarket also 10 minutes. Many fantastic beaches (near scala Turchi) within 30 minutes we had a lovely stay, thanks a lot!

Das schöne neueApartment liegt im Souterrain und ist deshalb auch angenehm temperiert. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch zwei Klimaanlagen und einen Fan. Alles ist sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der große Pool, den wir oft alleine nutzten und „nur mit Hauskater Camillo teilen mussten“ : )) Er liegt geschütz hinter hohen Mauern in einem schön angelegten Garten. Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung und unser Lieblingrestaurant heißt GattoMatto. Fabio ist ein reizender Gastgeber. Er und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und zurückhaltend, so dass man seinen Urlaub in San Leone sehr privat genießen kann. sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind so wie in der Beschreibung. Wir (sechs Personen) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Sandstrand ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Nathalie und mit der Verwalterin vor Ort sind einwandfrei und sehr unkompliziert. Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir werden gern wieder wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

We received a very warm welcome from Giuliana and her family. We were immediately impressed, the house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The house is wonderfully furnished and decorated! Nothing was missing and everything worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the water feature with the waterfall and the massage jets. The sunsets from the terrace were a dream. The view, even during the day, is outstanding. The whirlpool is certainly the highlight. Giuliana was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We also received great recommendations for the area. We had a wonderful time at Villa Deolinda and would love to come back. An absolute recommendation!

This was just what we needed! The grounds are impressive and being there in person supersedes what you see in the pictures. Francesca was so kind and went out of her way to make sure we had a taxi and dinner reservations after a long day of driving. It was the most relaxing part of our packed schedule. The house was very clean as we the bathroom. Clean towels and linens. The kitchen has the essentials to cook. It was so nice to eat at the table outside with our family. Incredibly peaceful and the pool was a huge bonus. I will def be back with my family as we are in Sicily for a few months. Highly recommend. Game changer to any trip to Sicily.

Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist außerdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten entsprechen Fotos & Beschreibung der Unterkunft exakt der Realität. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unsere Gastgeber Leonardo und Pamela, die sehr hilfsbereit waren, insbesondere bei der Unterstützung nach dem Verlust unseres Gepäcks am Flughafen. Für alle, die eine Auszeit vom Alltagsstress suchen, ist diese Villa ideal. Wir empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Wir waren sieben Erwachsene in der schönen Unterkunft von Giuseppe. Das Haus sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern - sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr groß und auch das Meer und ein schöner, weitläufiger Strand sind nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (z.B. automatische Saftpresse, scharfe Messer, große Bretter, neue Pfannen und Töpfe, toller Kaffee aus Kapselmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Küchenwaage etc.). Der Außenbereich ist riesig! Besonders toll ist der BBQ-Bereich mit Waschbecken und Induktionsherd. Einziger „Nachteil“: relativ eng zu siebt, da zwei Personen auf dem Schlafsofa in der Küche schlafen und das Bett im oberen Stock über keinen direkten Zugang zum Haus und WC verfügt. Am besten vmtl. zu fünft oder mit Kindern. Ein Auto wird benötigt, um einkaufen zu gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

ottima accoglienza, gestore e personale gentile e disponibile, posto meraviglioso. Colazione varia e di qualità, si è immersi nella natura senza rinunciare ai confort.

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 sere con la mia famiglia e quella di mio zio, per un totale di 7 persone. Casa fantastica a due passi dal mare, dentro fornita di tutto dal kit di primo soccorso alla macchinetta del caffè. Host super gentili e comunicativi. Super consigliato probabilmente ci ritorneremo

Het is werkelijk een heel mooi ruim huis. Er is echt heel veel aanwezig. Het strand is vlakbij en heel rustig. Je kan echt slapen met het geluid van de branding. Het contact met Gianleo verliep heel vlot en goed. We voelden ons echt thuis. (Neem wel goede muggenspray mee ;) ).

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer sauberen und schönen Unterkunft in der Nähe des Strandes (20m, Sandstrand), mit Parkplatz für ein Auto. Gabriel war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist nicht groß, verfügt aber alles was man braucht und einen großen, sehr schönen Außenbereich mit Außenküche, Grill, Außendusche. Die Pflanzen im Garten sind sehr schön und gepflegt. An Fenstern und Tür gibt's Mückennetze, ich empfehle aber noch Mittel gegen Mücken mitzubringen. Das Häuschen ist klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank, Gabriele...

Muarizia’s place was a real treasure and she was an excellent host. She was very communicative and kindly assisted us to find a driver when we lost our rental car at the last minute. Check-in and check-out were simple, with Paolo meeting us in person to show us the apartment and leave us the keys. The apartment is just as pictured, right on the sea with a lovely sitting area to enjoy the view. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Logement neuf, spacieux, bien équipé, très propre.. Jolie vue mer. Très calme. Walter nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et nous a donné plein d'adresses. On s'est baigné tous les jours soit sur la plage juste en dessous (côte un peu raide... on est allé en voiture dans problème de parking en Octobre), soit la grande plage San Marco. Poissonnerie IsolaFish au port de Sciacca est top ! Bon emplacement pour rayonner vers Agrigente, Selinunte, Marsala... On recommande !

Casa di campagna con tutto quanto è utile per viverci, tanta ombra e silenzio, mare vicino e discretamente accessibile con circa una decina di minuti di strada da fare a piedi. Noi abbiamo trovato sia il frigo che lo scaldabagno acceso con possibilità di fare la doccia (anche calda) all’esterno e ben riparata. Abbiamo preferito fare un po’ di pulizia spesso perché tenendo aperto entrava chiaramente polvere. La notte si dormiva bene senza clima. Ottima esperienza 😊

We had a great stay. From meeting us to assist with luggage and throughout the stay, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and spacious with amazing views of the beach and the coast. Scala dei Turchi is a short walk down the beach, and the restaurants and lounges along the beach provided everything we needed. Would love to come back!
