Enjoy peace and total relaxation while the sun accompanies you from morning until evening. In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.
