Gelegen in een oude pruimen boomgaard, aan de voet van het Karpaten gebergte op ongeveer 600 meter hoogte, laat dit huisje u het Roemeense landelijke leven ervaren. Het huisje ligt in het kleine dorpje Melicesti, aan een doodlopende weg in een heuvelachtige omgeving op afgesloten prive landgoed. Het huisje is -via een trap naar verhoogd terras- goed bereikbaar over een verhard looppad op ca. 120 mtr. van de openbare weg. De eigenaren wonen op 10 minuten loopafstand eveneens op het landgoed.
