Live the Hip Life in Trendy Leith in a Musician's Home

Serve up a feast on an industrial-style wood dining table and eat out in Leith’s trendy Shore area. A purple velvet sofa adds rock and roll to calming creams and browns where a flickering gas fire, slick hi-fi, and Netflix are set to entertain. Car parking is very expensive in Edinburgh; it's still free in this part of Leith - just park your car outside. Free on street parking outside. The flat is entirely yours to use. There’s a small terrace garden to the rear. Rooms are: large King Size Bedroom (brand new £1,400 mattress); Chic Double Box Room; large Living Room with 50” television with netflix and high specification hi-fi; large Kitchen/Diner with Sonus speaker; Utility Room with combo microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and Miele dishwasher, and Bathroom with double (electric) shower. Allergy sufferers, please note that the luxury bedding is duck down. Towels and essentials are provided (toiletries in the mirrored cabinet). Help yourself to anything in the kitchen in the AirBnB roundabout! The whole place is yours! On hand 24/7 It's a short walk to the trendiest part of Leith. Head to Teuchters Landing for a Scottish real ale. Book a table at Ship on the Shore for oysters and champagne and Roseleaf for a snug Scottish bar meal. New Town and Waverley Station are nearby. Edinburgh’s bus service is award winning. Forget the beleaguered tram - step on to Skylink 300 - depending on the time of day, this bus service leaves the airport every 12 mins and stops 30 metres from the flat’s door. The bus stop on Easter Road is called 'St Clair Avenue'. (You could get a cab for circa 40 pounds.) Once you’re here, we’re all ubered up. Or use local contract hire firm Capital Cars, whose number is 01317777777. Make sure to walk over Calton Hill for breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Have fun!

Vibrant Flat with Fantastic Views by the Royal Mile

Things I love about my flat - the views and the location. This is a very spacious 1 bedroom property, approximately 90 sq meters. This place may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to city centre sounds: sirens, revellers, traffic etc. The noise from other dwellings in the stair can be annoying at times. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The flat is up 2 flights of stairs. The entire apartment is available to guests. I am available by phone, text and email. I will get back to you ASAP and in any event within 24 hours Old town The train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are regular buses available on the Mound and trams on Princess Street, which you can see from the lounge window. The flat has superfast fibre internet. There are Ethernet ports throughout the flat. This would make an excellent let for visitors on business. The secondary glazing makes this a peaceful flat most of the time despite being in the very centre of Edinburgh.

Art-Filled Bohemian Apartment Near Holyrood

You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi).
