Michael sent clear instructions and guidance to find the location and how to access the place. Upon arrival, the place was as listed. We feel the photos made the place look smaller than what was actually there. It's a quiet neighborhood but just far enough that it's walkable to the downtown area and train station. We would come back again should we need a place to stay while we explore the area.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was super clean, modern, and felt really cozy. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The location is perfect—right in Capitola Village and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were great and very attentive, quick to respond, and made everything super easy from check-in to checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping outside with my morning coffee to watch the ocean was truly priceless. The home had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

Very much enjoyed our stay as it was cozy and perfect for our dogs. Finding a place to stay with pets can be hard and Bebe’s very much came to our rescue. The neighbours were nice, parking was provided, and it was convenient for us to walk our dogs out front or at the park. And public transport is very close by. We would definitely return if we’re ever back in town.

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

We really loved our stay in Neptune and having the ocean right on our doorstep was definitely a lovely addition to the overall beach bungalow vibe! Overall our stay was wonderful and our only negative (if you could call it that) was that the heater is a bit counter-intuitive to work. Carlos was as helpful as he could be but it took quite a bit of trial and error to figure it out and working consistently. Maybe we're weak sauce, but with the Pacific Ocean right there, it gets cold without the heat on! Otherwise, lovely stay, just like the photos show!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely and the host was very helpful when needed.

The place was as described. It is located close to stores and casual-dining restaurants. I found it to be ideal for a work-trip , where one wants to stay in and prepare meals instead of going out. The proximity to the major street is not a noise issue for sleeping, as the bedroom faces the back of the building.

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

We found George's place last minute on our way into San Francisco and it was the perfect place for a restful night after a long day of flying. In the morning it was a nice 10 minute for some delicious breakfast, would definitely book again!

Kimber was fast responding to our questions and also super kind and respectful towards us even after we were loud after quiet hours on Friday night ! Will definitely recommend this place , peaceful neighborhood and atmosphere. Easy parking, everything as it is described and nice looking surroundings . Thank you

Wonderful listing and unit as described. Very easy and comfortable. The walls of the building are quite thin so acoustics are not great, however if that is not a huge issue (I am from NYC so used to it!) then this is a great place.

Clean and organized. Had everything I needed to cook which is very important to me. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lawrence was quick to respond when we had a question. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and good coffee within a mile. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.
