Monthly Rentals in Scrayingham

Had a great little break in the Hideaway. It’s perfect for a relaxing and homely stay, which feels so peaceful whilst close to Stamford Bridge and York. Kathryn was so welcoming. I was blessed with a couple of lovely sunny afternoons spent reading in the garden; who would have thought it in April 😊. I would highly recommend!

Becky kept in touch and was helpful. There was a lovely basket of some starter provisions. We had it as a rendezvous with family from the south and the cottage was everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and tidy. We enjoyed sitting out late afternoon and relaxing. It enabled us to explore the coast, to visit Rievaulx and the area. Really good for York, especially with the Park and Ride not far away too. Also villages like Pocklington were good to explore and find a nice lunch out coffee and cake.

Great cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped for our family of four. Flo was an excellent host and responded very quickly to a query we had. Lovely peaceful village, in a handy location for visiting local attractions.

Our stay at Mill House was just lovely. It was quaint with lots of character, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jill and Jonathan were really great hosts. It was lovely been on a working farm, having sheep just outside the windows and hearing the hens and seeing people riding by on their horses. We were approximately 15 miles either way from York and Whitby. The journey either way was amazing and we were able to see the Yorkshire moors Will definitely go back.
