Extremely happy with our stay, Jemina was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Was also able to cater for our 5 year old boy which was amazing! He immediately walked in and told us what he loved about the place, which made us feel more at ease knowing he was happy and felt safe in the new environment! Ideal location, with shops, a pub and some eateries right on the door step. We cannot fault our stay here and will certainly be returning if we are back in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay over New Year. The house was spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a handy local supermarket 4 mins walk away. It is also very convenient for Scunthorpe Crematorium as we had a funeral to attend. We'd consider booking again in the future. Brookland Stays were very prompt and helpful with any queries.

Liane's place was perfect for our stay, exactly what we were after. Liane is an A* host, responsive and really helpful. Had a minor issue with a door handle that she got fixed straight away. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)
