This newly refurbished studio apartment is located in Blackpool South Shore only 100 yards from the Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle Waterpark, the tram Station Pleasure Beach and the Beach and 300 yards from the South Pier. Free off-street parking for 1 vehicle and there is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The property has been lovingly refreshed with brand new decoration and flooring throughout. It's perfectly located for a family break and the promenade is less than two minutes walk away.

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
