Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sea of Marmara

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

In January, it was very enjoyable to watch the sky in the hot pool at night in the rain. Mr. Mesut is a very gracious host. We had two pleasant days. Thank you..

Obviously, this was the first time I chose Geyikli for vacation. I had a vacation with my family. The fact that it was a quiet place and the place to stay was clean was our most important criteria. After making the reservation, Mr. Mete provided the necessary information. We easily reached the house. As mentioned in the other comments, Ms. Nermin greeted us and answered our questions about the house. The house was spotless and smooth with everything. I can say that everything was considered. The beach is about 5-10 minutes by car. If there is no vehicle, it can be reached by minibuses from the center (which can be reached by walking in 2 minutes). Honestly, it's worth it because the sea is clean and beautiful, just a little cold, so we chose it knowingly. Let me thank both Mr. Mete and Ms. Nermin again from here. Highly recommend.

as stated in the advertisement, it is a beautifully furnished house with 6 rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. Although not in each room, 7 toilets are quite sufficient. Since there is no shower cabin in the bathroom in the room, it was not preferred to take a bath in the toilets in the room. The hot pool was warm from the moment we arrived, it was very pleasant to enter the pool in the cold. It was very successful. It was pleasant to have a view of the kitchen. The kitchen items were comfortable enough for us to stay for 10 people. Since it is centrally located, the alternative to meet your needs is plenty.

We would like to thank Mr. Furkan very much. We had an incredibly peaceful and happy holiday with our children as a family. He was very interested. Everything was sweat clean and well-maintained. Mr. Furkan took care of everything very quickly. Thank you for everything. See you again...

We enjoyed the beautiful views from the veranda, local restaurants, dipping into the sea at local beaches and exploring the sleepy little towns and windy roads. Timur was a great host. We would love to stay again sometime!

Beautiful atmospheric home, just like the photos. Roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and the Golden Horn. In the mornings you could admire the sunrise. The house has radiators installed so we had no problems with heating. There are lots of cats around, chickens and turtles in the neighboring yard. I think this is the most cozy and colorful accommodation in Istanbul.

only word to say; perfect! if you don't have a problem with climbing stairs, there's no other problem

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. A great break from the busy Istanbul city. It is up the hill from the town, but the minibus stops right outside the door! It was perfect. We had cold weather during our stay but Ayten was so helpful and kept us nice and warm. The board games were a great bonus. We’d love to come back!

Great responsive host, perfect location - super close to the Galactica tower. Everything within a walkable distance. The place was super clean, had everything you needed, and the terrace was a nice bonus. Nice modern look and feel, and great there were two bathrooms. Would be nice if the host provided a carbon monoxide alarm, we asked if he would provide but he didn’t so we brought our own. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would come back again. Thanks so much, my friends and I had a fantastic stay!

It is an incredible place and very accessible to many important areas to know, the location is unbeatable, the view of the balcony is very nice as it gives you a great perspective of the city, always attentive to the host for any questions or situations that arise, everything in order and exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend it.

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Our stay at Emirhan's place was great. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable host, communication went smoothly. The apartment is ideal for a family stay. There is a small elevator in the building for up to 4 people, but there are some steps to the elevator. We particularly liked the authentic ambiance, the morning prayer call and even the rooster in the distance made the stay unique. A day with construction noise was announced to us beforehand. Parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee). Alternatively, there is valet service 200 m away or the parking lot of Dolmabahçe Palace directly opposite. I forgot my wooden shoe maker in the hallway, if it's found, it would be great if it could be put aside. Thank you, Emirhan, for the warm hospitality!We will be back

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed nearly a month at this AirBnB and really dug into Istanbul, which means we cooked quite a few meals at the apartment and spent a good amount of time getting to know it. The view from the bedrooms is just spectacular - and if you're here to write or work at all, the main bedroom has a lovely desk with a view out toward the Golden Horn. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the space ample enough for three of us. You should know that it's a step or two away from the more tourist area, a fact that we sought out and appreciated. It was quiet, contemplative, and gorgeous. Thank you Erhan!
