The 82 sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy stores, bookstores, bookstores and bakeries can all be found right in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
