The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A self contained Annexe in the vibrant market town of Loddon, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's just a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.
