Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, a quiet and peaceful stone house with an independent pool. There is a room, a living room, a kitchen ,bathroom,toilet on the ground floor. We have all kinds of supplies in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2wc on the 2nd floor. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and barbecue. The pool is private to the villa. Our entire building and belongings are new. We have a total of 2 air conditioners in 1 bedroom in the living room, 700 meters to the sea. The shaded castle is 3 km away.

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

Beach is only 2 minutes from our house with car and bus. İn front of the castle bus and minibus leaves every 15 minutes to the beach. There are tour boats nearly 50 meters to our home. They are visiting All the bays in Sigacik. Our house is in the center of Sigacik. So you won't need a car. All cafes, restaurants, markets and boutique clothing stores are within walking distance. You can stay with your family and loved ones in our house with 6 beds in total.

We offer the opportunity to experience spectacular views with the sunset in a beachfront home in a magnificent location. Electric-su-su-tube gas use, laundry-fridge -oven 3 rooms, 1 living room, bathroom, kitchen, 3 rooms with double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 sofa bed, 40 m2 terrace in the loft, balcony in each room. Our fee policy does not accept additional guests as it varies based on the number of people staying and is subject to a fee.

Great basement apartment for up to six guests with a small outdoor area. Pleasant temperatures in summer. The bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe. The living room has a kitchenette, another guest bed, a sofa bed and a recliner. The apartment is located in the lower part of the house with its own entrance. The upper part of the house is also rented out via Airbnb. However, guests have their own entrance and garden area.
