Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Apartment in the center of Manzanares el Real. It has heating and air conditioning. Large terrace with great views of La Pedriza and the village. Ideal for one person or six. A residential development with a swimming pool. It has a large Día supermarket in the same development. Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two 90 cm beds (pull-out bed), full bathroom and toilet. A large and bright living-dining room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa. It's on the third floor without an elevator.

The rooms are opened according to the number of people, the common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. Kitchen on both floors. Large terrace where you can enjoy the evening and the starry sky and glazed porch overlooking the reservoir on the ground floor. We have installed a removable pool for the summer.

Is an independant apatyament were in the summer you can escape the heat enjoying the garden and the swiming pool and in the winter relax in front of the chimney. We are a two minutes walking distance from the center of the village.
