This is a private pension/stone house stay "Otium" in the seaside village in front of Sehwa Beach in the east of Jeju. It is located on the Olle 21 course, and Sehwa Beach is within a 10-minute walk, so it is a good place to enjoy the sea (the coastal road is only a 5-minute walk away). It's not in a remote location, but at the entrance to the village, so it's not isolated. A modernly renovated farmhouse (about 99m²) on a large plot of 443m², with a main house with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom, a separate cafe space for guests only, and a large lawn and garden for your exclusive use. ※ All bedrooms are bed rooms, and moving the bed is absolutely not allowed. ※ Additional bedding for a fee (futon set: 30,000 singles, 50,000 queens) => Additional bedding can be used in the living room => Please note that in the bedroom, only the space under the bed can be used, and only a single-sized bed can be fully utilised, so guests with infants or young children should pay particular attention to this. ※ Free powdered milk, baby cot, baby chair, and baby bath ※ For hygiene and quality control, only powder seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper) are provided. It is located in 'Hadori' at the eastern tip, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. The town (city) is a 10-minute drive away, Seongsan Ilchulbong and Udo are 15 minutes away by car. Shidam is located in a quiet rural area. So, from the living room, you can see the rapeseed flowers and the sunrise over the sea, and on the opposite side, you can see Mount Halla. CU is a 5-minute drive away, and the mart is 10 minutes away. ● 2nd floor - 1 bedroom (K bed), 1 bathroom (bidet), outdoor terrace, and jacuzzi ● 1st floor - 2 bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed) 1 bathroom (with bidet) Mats and blankets are provided according to the number of people. There is a barbecue room with a sea view and a private swimming pool. You can make a campfire in the cast-iron cauldron. There's a dryer and a washing machine. Bedding is prepared according to the number of people, but there is a 20,000 won fee for additional bedding. As a rule, all bedding is washed, and it is not possible to add bedding on the day of check-in. Basic condiments (salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil) are provided. Please request a baby chair and bottle disinfectant. Please bring your own personal items, such as toothpaste. If you need a vehicle or a driver, we can arrange it.

We are located near the clear and pretty Sehwa Beach in the eastern part of Jeju It's nearby. It's great to travel to the eastern part of Jeju. Udo, Seongsan, Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, etc. There is a cafe in front of the breakfast area. Please respect the etiquette of the central courtyard and cafe. From the cafe to the courtyard, there is a large dog sledding mascot, so if you are uncomfortable with large dogs and want your own space, please find another place. We don't have kitchen utensils in all private houses, so we can't cook, and there's a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle, so only packaged food or simple snacks are available. Please be careful not to make loud noise after 11pm as it is located in a quiet rural village. Bus No. 201 from Jeju City to Seogwipo City is a 3-minute walk, and the convenience store is a 5-minute walk. The Haenyeo Museum and the beautiful Sehwa Beach are less than 10 minutes on foot, and if you take the express bus No. 101 from the airport, it is less than 10 minutes on foot from Sehwa Station, and pick-up is possible when contacting us. By car, you can reach Gimnyeong-eup and Seongsan-eup in 10 minutes, and Udo Port and Jeju Dong-Oreum are also nearby.
