The preparation and reception done in an extraordinary way. The house is fantastic for many or few people, has everything, quite comfortable and spacious. Casegas and a quiet place with easy access, with very friendly and available inhabitants and we are just a short time by car from most of the most usual points of interest. To be repeated for sure. Chalet more than ideally located, in the heart of the mountains. Perfect layout of the accommodation and equipped with all the necessities. We had a fabulous stay in an authentic environment with just splendid views. We recommend +++ this accommodation and even plan to come back.

Mr. Rui was impeccable from the beginning. From giving us locations of spaces we would never find out for ourselves, to sending a message extending the checkout without us asking. The house itself is pleasant, very small, more than 4 people is difficult, but it was extremely clean and tidy. We were offered wood every day to use on the salamander. 5 star service. I recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Loved that we could walk down the road from the house to the start of hiking trails and friendly local cafes as well. Hosts were both very attentive and got us everything we needed (extra fire wood, showed us how to access the laundry, etc).

Excellent house, clean and tidy. It has all facilities. Very comfortable, homely.Vistas Excellent location perfect for enjoying the Serra,where we were toasted by a beautiful snowfall. When we got to the house it was warm, which we enjoyed.

Impeccable space, extremely clean and with all amenities. We went with our two small children and they loved it too. Although it is very cold outside, the house is very warm and comfortable and D.Elisabete was extremely helpful and available. I strongly advise anyone who wants to visit the Serra da Estrela and spend a few quiet nights by the fireplace. We'll be back for sure!
