Beautiful and cozy house for a group of 7. The fireplace had been lit previously so the space was very comfortable when we arrived on a winter night. Thoughtful and kind host. I recommend it.

The only aspect that you can limit for longer stays and needs more luggage: there is no private parking and the street of the house is in a “historic” area, difficult to circulate cars. But the area is very beautiful, picturesque, and all the other great features of the house and hostess far outweigh this fact.

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

The house is very well located to get to know the region of the mountain and has a lot of offer of supermarkets, restaurants, museums and tours. Aconchegante and spacious, very well equipped (very complete and practical kitchen, fireplace and salamander heat the whole house, television with box etc…) Filipe is a very thoughtful and generous host! We recommend and would like to come again!

The cottage was as shown in the pictures. In the middle of nowhere and perfect for when you are looking for peace in nature. Friendly owner who is always available for any questions.

House with history, beautifully decorated with contemporary design combined with vintage style. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and all with well-equipped private bathrooms. Well air-conditioned building. The house is well equipped to house large groups. I recommend it.

we had a very pleasant week in this quiet house with very beautiful landscapes. the pool nearby refreshed us well and made the children happy. the house is typical and nice the outdoor shower is very nice in summer. Teresa is a very nice person and very available.

We booked for 8 people and had the entire villa, but there were only 3 bedrooms in the main villa. An additional bedroom with its own kitchen was offered separately. The separate room was amazing, but it would’ve been better if this setup was mentioned in the listing. The property was very clean and exceeded expectations. Carlos, our host, was helpful and quickly resolved a short circuit and fire alarm issue, even providing extra wood for the fireplace to compensate. On checkout day, the water pipes froze, leaving us without water. Carlos responded quickly, but it delayed our plans as we checked out late. This was inconvenient, and I hope measures are taken to avoid this in winter. Despite these issues, the stay was great, and I would return. Clearer communication in the listing and winter-proofing would make this property perfect!

Ideal house to rest with the family: extremely quiet, out of sight, possibility to enjoy the sun or to stay cool (air-conditioned bedrooms and living room), whether in the house or the garden. The house matches the photos perfectly, no complaints!

Casa da Celeste is a beautiful hideaway where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the birds chirping and feel the sun on your face. The house is lovely, but what stands out are the hosts, Aida and Rui. They both went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us settle in. This home may be in the countryside, but it's located in a great spot to travel to Porto, Aviero. Guarda and Coimbra. You can visit many beautiful cities with an easy day trip. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Casa da Quinta da Azeitona was much more than we could have expected and in a very positive way! The house is located in a fantastically beautiful location, with a wonderful view of the valley south of Serra da Gardunha. Every part of the accommodation and pool area was thought out to the millimeter and with great affection and appreciation by the hosts so that each guest feels at home! The bedrooms and living room have good areas and efficient air-conditioning, which brought comfort during the hot days. The pool and surrounding area are very well maintained and quiet. Concern for the environment is evident in the use of renewable energy throughout the property. Mr. Luis and the whole family have been fantastic since the first contact. In short, the accommodation is a hidden gem in a magical place called Vale de Prazeres and to which we will return for sure. We never thought that a stay could surprise us so much and leave us with so many good memories!

We loved the stay! A great place to relax in the countryside, in a welcoming place with friendly people to welcome us! The house met both space and cleaning expectations. We can take a walk around the farm and see the animals. We recommend 100%!
